The burial process can be a very confusing thing to understand. We realize that there may be many things that you aren’t familiar with in getting your loved one to rest. We would like to help you walk through this process in any way we can making it as easy as it can be for you. If you need help with any part of the burial process, please give us a call and we can help you through it at any time.

THE BURIAL PROCESS

STEP 1

Cemetery workers open the grave using a backhoe or other mechanical device.
STEP 2

The burial vault is delivered prior to the service.
STEP 3

A closing service is usually conducted at the graveside.
STEP 4

Family and friends pass by the casket at the closure of the ceremony.
STEP 5

Professionally trained personnel properly seal the vault above ground to ensure proper seal.
STEP 6

The Vault is gently lowered into the grave. The grave is filled, compacted, and later seeded or sodded.
